Meditation is a simple and elegant way of investing a small amount of time every day, sitting in stillness and causing a profoundly beneficial effect to occur in your system.

The nature of the mind is that it naturally becomes quieter when you create the perfect conditions for it to do so. In this course, you will learn how to create those perfect conditions.

There are huge misconceptions about meditation

- being difficult to do,

- you are required to stop thinking,

- you need to control your mind,

- it bears religious ties,

- you will be the one person who won't be able to meditate

This is not the case here.

The category of meditation that Jason teaches is referred to as a 'being technique'. It is known as an effortless technique.

The course is delivered via Zoom in 3 x 90min sessions over consecutive days. Under Jason’s guidance, you will be learning the 1 Giant Mind ‘Being Technique’.
